Filling in this form will register the sub-agent with us and with EHP,

so we know all their deals came from you.

You Want to Sign Them Up A Sub-Agent - You Will Pay Them Out Of Your Share & Will Have Your Own Separate Agreement With Them.

We will help you keep track of all the businesses they send.

Here is how we suggest to pay them:

1) 10% of your share if they are just giving you a name to reach out to.

2) 25% of your share if they are making a warm introduction and they lead is pretty interested.

3) 50% of your share if they are bringing a business ready to go and we just need to take them through the process.

4) Get creative and do it how ever you want.

Make sure you have already spoken to them and they are "warm" and open to having a conversation.
